This dog may not look thrilled, but really it is just waiting in an anticipatory fashion for a cake or some treats! What a party animal! (literally, a dog is an animal, and this one has a party hat on!)Dogs don't usually wear hats especially cardboard ones but this dog is braving this uncomfortable hat so that he can get some snacks!
